Cover

Pure state accessibility. These two models offer visual and manual accessibility from both sides of the belt without having to dismantle anything whatsoever. It protects the belt from wind and rain while leaving sufficient space to raise the conveyor belt and replace the rollers. Everything is an advantage.

 

Characteristics

Inspections accesses on both sides: the cover only covers the upper part of the belt, leaving both sides free for maintenance.
Dismountable: it is completely dismountable by loosening the screws, leaving the conveyor belt completely free.
Self-supporting: it does not require any structure.
Quick simple installation: it adapts to practically all conveyor belts.

Installation instructions

Directly screw the cover to the conveyor belt frame. It is recommended that 40 x 40-mm steel angles be installed on both sides of the conveyor belt.
Pre-installation option: the steel angle can be welded in the workshop, with subsequent onsite installation of the fixings.
Stop the conveyor belt before beginning to install the fixings.
Install the fixings alternatively up and dow: Not all superposed in the way of roof tiles.
Necessary tools: Electric screwdriver with 8-mm chuck.
Use PPE (personal protection equipment) as required by law. CAPOTEX recommends the use of gloves, hardhat, safety boots and ear protection.
