Cover with acoustic insulation. Reduces or even completely eliminates the noise produced by the conveyor belt. Especially recommended for populated zones and natural parks.
The best materials. The interior wall has thousands of small holes that allow the sound waves to pass through, thus avoiding noise amplification by the rebound effect. The intermediate layer contains the noise-absorbing material. Its thickness depends on the amount of noise produced and the required level of reduction. The exterior protection prevents the noise from escaping to the exterior and also protects the interior from rain, wind and sunlight. The system also provides absolute security to the installation from the dangers associated with conveyor belts.
Options. This system may be adapted to provide easy access to the belt, together with the possibility of closing off the lower section in the case the conveyor belt is raised up off the ground.
