C-1 LOCK/HINGE with steel angle: Our pre-drilled galvanized steel angle is fixed to the conveyor structure with two high quality self-drilling screws (included). This screws drill easily up to 12 mm. (0.50 in.) of steel structure. Our steel angle can also be fixed with powder actuated fasteners, drastically reducing installation time.

 

C-1 LOCK/HINGE with steel plate: Our steel plate is directly welded on the conveyor structure. Unless requested, the steel plate in not galvanized to avoid dangerous emissions during the welding process.

 

C-1 LOCK/HINGE with wing nut. The wing nut permits manual unlocking of the fixings.

 

C-1 LOCK/HINGE with pressure U-plate. Design to avoid drilling or welding on the conveyor structure. Only available for U profiles (UPN).

 

Made-to-measure C-1. We adapt our C-1 LOCK/HINGE to any conveyor structure by changing its shape.
