Characteristics

Cover adapted to any dust suppression system existing on the market. It allows simple system installation inside to produce a completely enclosed and controlled environment.
Optional equipment: CAPODUST provides the possibility to include our exclusive CAPOSKIRT skirting system and our CAPOCURTAIN transversal curtain system. These systems will maintain the humidity over the transported material, avoiding its loss through external air current (wind) action or internal (those produced by the conveyor belt and mills etc). In addition, the cover supports and completely closes off the entire system preventing any external agent (rain and snow etc) from entering, which could increase the desired humidity. In turn, it also prevents loss of the applied humidity caused by evaporation due to sunlight action.
Saves water: it achieves absolute optimization of the dust suppression system, achieving emission control and significantly reducing water consumption. All of which results in less system maintenance.
Total access: all the cover continues to allow opening for correct maintenance.
Spare parts: CAPOSKIRT and CAPOCURTAIN are easily replaced.
