Belt Conveyor Lock Hinge C-1
Capotex C-1 LOCK/HINGE with steel angle: Our pre-drilled galvanized steel angle is fixed to the conveyor structure with two high quality self-drilling screws (included). These screws drill easily up to 12 mm. (0.50 in.) of steel structure. Our steel angle can also be fixed with powder actuated fasteners, drastically reducing installation time.
Capotex C-1 LOCK/HINGE with steel plate: Our steel plate is welded directly onto the conveyor structure. Unless otherwise requested, the steel plate is not galvanised to avoid dangerous emissions during the welding process.
C-1 LOCK/HINGE with wing nut: The wing nut allows manual release of the fasteners.
C-1 LOCK/HINGE with pressure U-plate: Designed to avoid drilling or welding on the conveyor structure. Only available for U profiles (UPN).
Custom C-1: We adapt our C-1 LOCK/HINGE to any conveyor structure by changing its shape.
