HPS200
Project installed in the Port of Santa Marta, Colombia.
The covered belt enters the sea for 1 km to load ships. The covers were tested to withstand marine corrosion and were all manufactured from HPS200.
Capotex also designed and supplied the support structure for the Capoarc and the specially designed side Capoguards, manufactured from trapezoidal sheet metal and foldable thanks to a hinge design unique to this project.
The structure was painted with epoxy paint with a thickness of 200 microns.
Capotex has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to improve the use and quality of information and communication technologies and access to them and thanks to which it has been able to implement the following solutions: Rapid protot system From the incorporation of assisted design software and / or hardware for 3D printing. This action has taken place during the years 2019-2020. For this, it has had the support of the TICCámaras program of the Madrid Chamber
